Diploma in Nursery Teacher Training is 1 year Diploma course, eligibility to which is 10+2 (any stream), with minimum 50% score, from 10+2 class. You can also go for a B.A. in which again your XIIth class marks are considered, that is 50%. I would suggest to go for BA and then MA from a good university so as to get the best academics. Then you can join a teaching job and part time continue with your Ph.D. on part time basis. This way you will be eligible for a larger scale of job. Check for an enterprising college giving you the best of faculty who are there to help you. Added to this, well equipped labs and library. Exposure of the students to the world market and a wide platform for the student to deal with the world level activities is a must.It should offer you good research facilities too as your field of studies would have many fold times growth if you enter the field of research.
I would suggest you to browse some good colleges like lady Sri Ram College or LPU which offers good
