You have not mentioned the Name of the University you have done BA. You should have got your degree certificate after the University convocation gets over. So, please mention the college / University. Meanwhile, you can also speak to the college authorities about this.

After completing BA, you have good career opportunities you can do B.Ed or as you mentioned criminology after finishing BA course, you can do MA in criminology and after finishing that you can work in government services this is the best career opportunities and for criminology eligibility criteria would be BA Criminology or BA in public administration.

Eligibility Criteria for Mass Communication Courses:
