Hello Ishika Jaiswal.
Minimum qualification is 12th passed/appearing with 75% aggregate of best four including 85% in English for general category. A general candidate should have Minimum 60% in four subjects (including mathematics), 54% for OBC, and passing marks are required for SC/ST.

Yes, you can apply for MA. All you have to do is just to score more then 50%-55%, so that you are eligible.

But to apply for that you should have master's degree with 55% aggregate marks or you have to enroll in the post-graduation course according to exam guidelines.
