You are eligible to apply for the course for sure. The condition either is 50% or 45% just to be eligible to apply. The concerned college might be having a high Merit List when all applications are compared, but with 68% you certainly do not need to worry about your eligibility.

B.Sc Psychology is a better option. You have more openings after that.
