This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Teaching / research / academics area then MA is better. However, if you want to move into general management the MBA is better.

Mostly basic questions are asked. Aptitude, GK, English or verbal communications are evaluated. You can buy a book which has such compiled questions and practice the same daily.

Also, over the web we have access to a lot of information and reading material, try browsing the same. Read news also, if an interview is to be taken. All the best.
