Yes, you can do BA (Correspondence) if you are passed out of year 2018-19 from IGNOU or from some other colleges as well. Hope you got your answer.

Admission procedure is different for different colleges and universities. You should check the prospectus of the course provided by the university for which you are aiming.

You must a have a Bachelor's degree to study Masters in India. There are plenty of fake universities and colleges which offer Masters under relaxed terms, make sure you don't fall for them.

Hi,
If you are talking about Lady Sriram College then. There isn't any entrance exam for the UG course in Political Science in DU. Admissions are done on the basis of the cutoffs released every year. Generally, the marks of your best 4 subjects, including Political Science, is taken into account. However, if you hadn't studied Political Science previously in 12th there will be a deduction of 2.5% from your aggregate score of best 4 subjects. Thank you.
