Generally, there is no scholarship for people studying in B.Tech in any college however if you want to avail any scholarship then you can check the website of the college for criteria.

You can apply for distance mode in BA. There are many universities that offer BA through distance mode. You can apply in DU as well.

I guess no. However, it may be possible on special request made to the college authority through your present college HOD or any higher authority person.

actually it is quite difficult for you sice the minimum marks criteria that they set is around 60 percent or more and only then they consider you for admission.
