I'll suggest you IGNOU rather than going for an online programme as online universities are not reliable and trustworthy.

There is no fixed syllabus for JNU Entrance Exam. However, the questions asked in the entrance are usually based on his educational qualification. For example in the entrance exam of BA in geography, the questions asked are of nature which a student who has studied geography in HSC can answer easily. Similarly, for entrance in BA in International Relations, a student should have basic knowledge of political science and good command of contemporary world politics. The same pattern is followed for other courses and for other entrance exams of JNU. One can also download previous year papers from the JNU website or can buy it from bookshop

Hello,
B.Pharm is a four years graduate programme after completing 12th science while BA is a three-year programme after completing class 12th. MBA can be done by completing B.Pharm or BA.

I would suggest you opt for IGNOU rather than any unreliable online institute. IGNOU admission takes place two times a year, the first admission starts July and the second session in January. If you want to take admission in IGNOU, then you can take between March to July and November through January.

You cannot pursue BA course on the basis of Mechanical Engineering Diploma. The eligibility criteria for BA programs is as under.
Eligibility :- 10+2 or 3 years Diploma in Commercial or Secretarial Practice or 3 years Diploma in Business Administration from Department of Technical Education, Government of Karnataka.
So, if you have completed class 12th, then you can do this course.
