Hello Abhishek, there is no criteria as such. The online registration for all UG courses will be open from last week of May to the second week of June 2019. Anyone from any stream or field can apply for B.A(H). It is a merit-based course. You must be updated with the news of DU admission and should apply as soon as the forms are out. After you fill, weeks later colleges will release cut off lists for various courses.

It may not be possible, because, you are supposed to go on leave for that. If you are doing a regular job, you may have to inform your employer in writing. Otherwise, he may not accept it as a qualification. But, be technically correct.

Difference between regular BA and BA Hons. in BA Hons. You have to focus on a particular subject, and you will get degree for the particular course. And, in regular BA you will have a combination of 2 or 3 subject and have opportunity of doing master in any of the subject of your combination.

Hi,
You cannot do two degrees at a same time as per UGC rules, yes you can prepare for UPSC as for UPSC a degree is required, so it would be better you choose one degree.
