No, there is no entrance exam for admission. Admission is done on the basis of 10+2 percentage.

According to me, Hindu College (DU) is the best college because my cousin is studying there. I know about there and other colleges. It provides quality education, better opportunities, experienced & quality staff and best placements as compared to other colleges.

Each college has to reserve not more than 5% seats in each course under the Sports and ECA quota combined. Candidates applying in ECA quota will get a maximum of 15% concession cut-off.

You have to fill up the University forms that will be out in April or May in DU website.
Fee structure is different for different colleges approximately around 12000 INR to 15000 INR per annum.

It depends upon the course you are looking for. Some courses offer separate entrance examination but others courses are distributed as per the individual cutoffs. You can fill University forms and check for the course you looking for.

If you are doing Simple BA, then scope is not that much bright, you can go for government jobs. B.Com have wider scope, you can go in corporate sector but you must have good knowledge.

If you are looking for a distance education from India check IGNOU, it is most widely accepted and recognized. I don't think nationality will have any problem since distance programs are open to all be it IGNOUR or Bhuvaneshwari College. You have to check UGC status also. Drop them a query on their university portal and they should get back.
