In my opinion, 'Maharaja Agrasen'is better than 'Shaheed Bhagat Singh' because the former is ranked at 32 by MHRD'S NIRF rankings in 2018. While the latter is no where in the top 100. Shaheed Bhagat Singh College (E) is ranked at 99 though. Maharaja Agrasen has got better placements and exposure offered and thus better 'graduation outcome'.

For admission in M.A in Sociology, you need to have completed B.A. (Hons.) in Sociology from a recognized University are eligible.

For admission in MSW, you need to have done graduation with minimum 50% marks. You need to appear for BHU PET which is conducted by the university.

Yes, you can go for M.A. Programme after completing B.A.

Yes, you can take admission in IGNOU for BA after completing your class 12th.

Look at their cut-off. If you are eligible, then, of course, you can.

To tell frankly, I am highly confused by your query. Getting admission in a college without filling out any admission form? The concept in itself is very challenging. But I am afraid it's not possible to get admission without applying.

Both are totally different subjects as one requires knowledge of animal biology and the other is about literature. Choose the subject according to your interest and if you are interested in both, give preference to English Honors as it will be helpful in the all-round skill development of yours.
