You can take admission based on your 12th marks. Regarding last year cutoff of B.A. Political Science honours, you must have 90 percent above in 12th. Then you will get a college accordingly.

Hi Vedanti,
Some universities may require GRE mainly in USA. For others just take IELTS or TOEFL for English language requirements though every country and university will have its own requirement or even have its own assessment tests. Good marks in B.A. Relevant projects, very good personal statement, and reference letters are required. University of Oxford, University of Cambridge, Imperial College, University of Pennsylvania, University of Amsterdam are some popular universities.

The school should be affiliated to a recognised board. The application process for admission to B.A. Political Science course begins around the time 10+2 results are declared by the various boards of secondary education in India.
