All the government funded colleges like the ones under IP and DU have a low fee structure hence making the competition high for admission. The procedure of IPU and DU include an entrance exam and 12th score respectively as per their eligibility requirements. The private ones are more than 5 times costlier than them. Let me know your limit of expenditure on the same to be able to help you accordingly.

Yes, it is possible as per the UGC regulations. IT is known as concurrent admission. Universities, such as Bharthiar and Madras University promotes concurrent admission system. Through this, a student can pursue 2 courses simultaneously, one at the college and another through distance / collaborative education mode.

No, it is not mandatory to have commerce stream to apply for this course. This course is more like B.Com, but it does not contain the subjects in the depth and it is more related to management.

It is really good, if you are interested in mass media course. So, you have continue as you want. Firstly, you have to check the university list or institutes who offers masters in Mass Media. But, if you are interested in specific area of mass media i.e. film, advertising, designing, reporting and all etc, then just don't go for degree, you can pursue PG Diploma or short term courses of Mass Media. So, tell me, what exactly you want to ask, then only I can define exactly as your needs.
