You need to contact the University Academics and Migration Department, where you will get to know the rules and fee as well. Migration from one college to another college depends on the availability of Seats in the course you are doing. Along with this, both the colleges should allow this based you the reasons and request you place in your application.

NIMCET Eligibility Criteria 2018:
Candidates must be Indian nationals. They should be graduation degree holders (BCA/B.Sc (Hons. )/B.Sc/BIT) as per 10+2+3 pattern from a recognized university. Candidates must have studied Mathematics or Statistics or equivalent subject during graduation.
