There many good courses for Bachelor's and Master's degree in Canada for psychology programme. Some universities are Carleton University, University of Toronto, York University, Mcmaster University, University of Calgary, and McGill University. TOEFL/IELTS is required with a very good academic score. Canadian universities accept 16 years of education and Canadian colleges accept 15 years of education.

If you are pursuing English honours, you can become a teacher or work in an office. If you are pursuing geography, then you can become a geologist. If you are pursuing history you can opt for research and go in the archaeology field. These are some examples.

If you want job opportunities, then do MBA. MBA has better placement and package as compared to other PG courses. You can also pursue B.Ed to become eligible for teacher and teach in inter-colleges.

No, not in second year. You can apply when you reach final year, though. Also, if you want, you can pursue D.El.Ed. It is a 2-year course and can be pursued through distance.

After completing your B.A. You need to apply for SSC exam to be selected in a government job. SSC conducts its exams each year as CHSL and CGL. Give both the exams. Best of luck.
