No, you can't, because 45% is not expectable. If you are a general category student, 50% marks is a must in B.Ed. I want to do the same.

The minimum criterion of eligibility needed to be met for admission to the course is a 10+2 or equivalent qualification from a recognised institute/university with a minimum aggregate score of 50. Candidates awaiting their final examinations results are also eligible to apply on provisional basis.

However, from SOL, DU, it is possible.

You may get it some book stores too but prepare yourself to reasoning, Reading comprehension, artificial language, Grammer, language & country culture that affect their language.
