The answer to this question will depend upon several factors. A degree in BA would be helpful to you, if it is in the field that you wish to pursue as a career. It will also hold value according to the institution you opt for. It'll be worth if it is in the subjects that hold your interest, because it will provide you a basis or foundation for further education, if you wish to pursue it. Your academics is indeed very good. I am sure you will find many openings in Canadian Universities for pursuing your PG dreams. But invariably universities abroad accept students based on the needs of the country or in such courses where less local students seek admission. I would advise you to select the subject that fascinates you or the one in which you have great interest.

No, this college for women does not conduct any entrance exam. Admissions are based on marks obtained in 12th. I am attaching a link that will give you all information about this.

If you are doing Diploma then you are in engineering stream. Hence you are eligible for doing BE after completion of Diploma. If you have done Diploma after 12th then of course you can do BA or B.Sc.
