I don't understand why your concepts are not clear while you are in 3rd year now. Please contact your faculty to help you with the concepts, else you will obviously face difficulties in the future if your foundation is not strong. What you learn in your graduation is very important to build a strong base for your career or even post-graduation.

Sorry, you cannot appear for the BHU B.A. Entrance exam right now as you are currently in class 12th. After giving 12th board exams, you can appear for the same.

Approximately, 50 seats are there.

I don't think so that there is any such option of choosing an additional paper. You need to follow the course structure given by the university.

Both are good in respective ways. Which is better totally depends on your interest. If you have an ambition or dream to work in Indian administration then it is better to choose B.A.
