Yes sure, definitely one can do post-graduation from the country of his/her choice. You need to contact the college and check for the prerequisites for the programme you wish to join, and if you meet all the requirements, you can go ahead and apply for the same. However, mere meeting the admission requirements doesn't guarantee admission. Meeting the minimum requirements makes one eligible to apply. Yes, you can opt for MFA course. Be sure you have relevant interest and are very much attracted and fascinated towards art. Also, try to clear the basic percentage of 50-55% in UG degree to be able to appear in the exam. Best of luck.
