Yes sure, definitely one can do post-graduation from the country of his/her choice. You need to contact the college and check for the prerequisites for the programme you wish to join, and if you meet all the requirements, you can go ahead and apply for the same. However, mere meeting the admission requirements doesn't guarantee admission. Meeting the minimum requirements makes one eligible to apply. To apply for BA media and communication, you need to have 45% in 12th. Candidate who have passed A Level, IB, American 12th grade or equivalent are also eligible to apply.
