These two subjects are as divers as chalk from cheese. Political Science graduation could be your stepping stone for your career but programming too is very interesting subject involving logical reasoning etc. What is important is what is your liking. Which of the two subjects fascinates you? My advise would be follow your heart.

It depends upon your ability to get good job. It is more of a communication skills play. So, play well.

No, there is no entrance exam conducted for BA Islamic studies. Admission will be based on the percentage in class 12th.
