It doesn't matter from where you have done your graduation Civil service exam just only say that you have to at least graduated so that you can appear in the exam so you prepare for the exam and give your best.

LLM is to be done after BA LLB, this is because, LLB is undergraduate program while LLM is a Master's degree.

Look, it seems a bit tough with your rank to get into one of these institutions.
But, your chances with other colleges are fairly good.

With 1000 rank, expect any colleges except for Amity and Swami Vivekananda. But, you might even get through one of these, if there are any vacancies. To know about the vacancies, you are supposed to check on their websites regularly.

It is certainly possible for some branches, but if you were eyeing something like Psychology, Literature or Sociology, it might get a bit tricky for you.
As mentioned before, uncommon streams like Microbiology or Botany should be an easy pick.
