If you have not appeared for JNU entrance examination for courses conducted by the various departments, then you can not seek admission. You may confirm in which subject you want to do graduation degree so that exact and specific answer can be shared.

Yes, As IP university is one of the best well recognised university. Its placement & campus is quite well. So, I think to choose IPU for BA in economics is a good choice.

If you didn't take any entrance exam then you should join a private university or college like Amity University. Contact the admission cell. They can help you with the admission.

There is not much of a difference in BCA and engineering. B.Sc has a different syllabus. If you have any interest in pursuing engineering then go for it. Else, B.Sc will be a better option for you.
