There is no university that will give you admission directly in the second year. I would advise you go for a complete course if you are actually interested in the same.

Hi, in US Bachelor's degree can cost upto 35000$ per year.Different universities have different fee, some re very highly priced while some are economical.

I am afraid, but 45% is too low for any foreign university. Check the options in your home country first. You may also drop an email to some Canadian universities. A very good GMAT score may help and if you have something extraordinary in your profile, your grades won't matter much.

Both the subjects are good. It actually depends on your area of interest. I believe you are the best person to decide where you should go. Any outsider can never decide this for you. You don't have to pursue BA again as you have completed MA. You can pursue B.Ed and then clear, N-TET, NET, etc.
