Normally speaking, there is no bar for learning. In fact, it's great to know your urge even at this age. You need to take admission based on your 12th since it's graduation course.

With your long work experience, it would be advisable that you go for distance/correspondence BA course. With correspondence course, you can also continue your job and keep increasing your work experience.
