If you want to start preparations for IAS from the 1st-year than you can think of these options:
Political Science
History
Sociology
Philosophy
But you can think of these programmes in regular mode as your plan-B for your career if you are not able to clear IAS:
BA LLB
Psychology
Journalism
Special education
English (Hons.)

(a) An international travel passport for identification and one of the following:
(b) Undergraduate education: A Bachelor's (or equivalent) degree or be in the final year of your Bachelor's degree program (you must have completed your Bachelor's degree program in order to register for the Level II exam).
Work experience: Four years of professional work experience (does not have to be investment related) or

The eligibility depends on the type of course that you wish to pursue, the details of some courses is stated below:
Diploma Class 10th pass from a recognised board with minimum 40% marks.
Bachelors Degree: Class 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks.
Post-graduation degree: Bachelors degree from a recognised university with at least 45% marks.
Graduate & PG programs may also require you to appear in entrance exams such as NCHMCT, AIMA UGAT, E-CHAT, etc.
In case you wish to join on hobby basis then no eligibility's there.
