If you work hard in Bachelor's degree and give your best in IAS preparation, than you can see the best results. Apart from general BA, you can choose professional program, which will give you backup plan for your future.

Having 2 Bachelor degrees give you knowledge about commerce and arts related subjects.
But that process is not worth if your career goals are different. So, if you can share your goals and interest area than I would give you few options.
