Dear,
It is possible. Before starting you should have primary knowledge of computer hardware, basic knowledge of different topology through which computers are connected. you should know network Fundamentals like LAN, MAN, WAN. Have a primary idea on OSI layered architecture. Basic IP addressing scheme. It is not verify difficult. Collect a book on computer networking. Go through. Then, go for CCNA. I think if you have that sort keenness and you are sincere enough you must be succeeded.

Clear your 10+2 to be eligible for any Bachelors course. Clear the entrance exams if required for any particular course at any particular university.

After completing BA, you can go for various All-India level exam conducted by SSC and UPSC as well as state public service commissions.
You can take the NET exam and indulge in the teaching career.
Also, you can pursue PG or Ph.D.
