BA in office management and secretarial practice course is offered by the College of Vocational Studies, Delhi University. General category students cut-off for last years was around 85%.

You are advised to appear for Combined Defence Services (CDS) Examination conducted by UPSC to join as an Officer after BA honors economics. You will not be eligible for training at IMA as a women candidate. You will be trained at OTA-Chennai. If you have NCC C certificate, you can directly appear for service selection board by processing application via Directorate of NCC under the Ministry of Defense.

Rather than government colleges, you must ask for universities because not many colleges provide mass communication.
IAS/ Civil services are a good option for humanities, and that too for leading social sciences. Mass communication student will has one positive point over others in IAS that, he will have good knowledge of current affairs.

Most of the universities having eligibility for the same that is (physics, chemistry and maths or commerce with maths subject).
If you are having the math subject in humanities then you need to check the eligibility from a particular university in which you want to apply.
