Calicut University and University of Kerala both offer BA Malayalam through distance mode.

Yes, however, I would advise you to do CA while doing graduation only. Also, BA and CA is rare and not so sought or favorable combination. Instead, you should do CA and B.Com in accounts and finance or B.Com in financial accounting specially designed for CA by the University of Madras and IGNOU
If you still want to do BA economics, then prefer CFA or CS.

A better option is doing post-graduate in mass communication or public relations from institutes like Jamia Milia, Indian Institute of Mass Communication and Xavier's where you have good teaching quality and placements.
