After completion of your 10+2 examination, you can apply in the various entrance examination for BA LLB (Hons.) course. The nationwide examination is CLAT at all India level. It requires minimum 45% in 10+12 exams. Beside CLAT, different private universities also conduct their own entrance exams and may have group discussions and personal interviews according to the selection process. Top private universities are-
University of Petroleum and Energy studies, Dehradun
Symbiosis law college, Pune, Hyderabad, Noida
Amity Law College, etc.

Dear,
It is possible. Before starting you should have primary knowledge of computer hardware, basic knowledge of different topology through which computers are connected. you should know network Fundamentals like LAN, MAN, WAN. Have a primary idea on OSI layered architecture. Basic IP addressing scheme. It is not verify difficult. Collect a book on computer networking. Go through. Then, go for CCNA. I think if you have that sort keenness and you are sincere enough you must be succeeded.
