Dear,
If you are having subjects like maths or economics in class 12th with your PCB subjects then you can check the eligibility in different universities for economics (Hons) programme.
Many universities offer the admission with these subjects in economics (Hons).

Dear,
You cannot pursue 2 regular degree courses from 2 different universities in the same duration.
But you can pursue 2 different programmes with 2 different universities in regular and distance mode.
