We cannot predict cutoffs, but we can estimate the expected cutoffs.
L.S Raheja School of Architecture grants admission through MASA-CAP. MASA publishes its Merit ranking based on an aggregate of your NATA score and Boards result.
The Aggregate is calculated by considering 50% marks of NATA score + Boards percentile.
LSR comes under the first batch of preferences for Students so the merit rank needs to be fewer than 100120. In successive rounds seats do get available as students opt out for JJ and Rachana AOA. So, the brackets increase to 150175.
To gain a Merit rank under 200 you need an Aggregate score of 145+.

First of all congratulations on securing such a good score. It would be difficult to get into MSRIT, but surely I would suggest you to try, who knows if your luck prevails. I would like to suggest you to look into BGS School of Architecture and Planning, Bangalore too.

There is a great possibility in your admission in NIT, but still, you have to wait for the final rankings to be declared then only you will come to know if you could get a seat.
Good luck with the future.

Hello Likhith,
As per your percentile, your chances are very slim for getting admission in Chandigarh College of Architecture, the seats are limited to only 40 candidates. So, the competition is very high.
