hi,

Getting admission in B.Arch at Lovely Professional University (LPU) with 52% in Class 12th from a commerce stream is challenging. For B.Arch, students are generally required to have studied Mathematics in 10+2 along with minimum qualifying marks, as per national regulations. Since commerce stream often does not include Mathematics, you may not meet the eligibility criteria directly. However, if you had Mathematics as a subject, you could still apply and may need to qualify an aptitude test like NATA. Otherwise, you can consider related design programs at LPU that have more flexible eligibility criteria.

I'm not fully sure about the exact eligibility details for Rachana Sansad School of Architecture and Interior Design, but generally for B.Arch in India, students need 10+2 with Mathematics and must qualify exams like NATA or JEE rest please visit the official site

As a student at Lovely Professional University, I can say the process here is quite clear and student-friendly B.Arch admission requires 60% in 10+2 with Maths along with NATA or other accepted criteria, and the university also provides strong exposure through design studios, site visits, and practical learning. If you're planning to apply, make sure to complete your applicati

Direct admission is not available for the B.Arch course at MIT School of Architecture. Every applicant must qualify through the NATA or JEE Main Paper 2 exams. The college allocates seats based on an official merit list that combines entrance exam performance with your previous academic qualifying marks.

Yes, MIT School of Architecture provides financial support for the B.Arch course through specific schemes. Most notably, students from the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category can receive a 50% concession on their programme fees. These scholarships are limited to 10% of the total student intake for the session.

Yes, students from  Economically Weaker Section (EWS) receive a significant fee reduction for BArch at MIT School of Architecture. Their total tuition for the five years is INR 6,82,000, which is much lower than the standard rate.

The tuition fees are not fixed and see a small increase every academic year. For example, an Indian resident's fee is in the range of INR 2,20,000 - 2,50,000. These adjustments are planned in advance and shown clearly in the official fee table. Knowing these yearly changes helps students manage their budget at MIT School of Architecture.

NATA exams happen in phases between April and June, with a final chance in August. JEE Main Paper-2 exams usually take place in the earlier months of the year. You should finish these tests before the university application closes in July. Having your scores ready early helps with the selection process. These exam dates are the first hurdle for joining the BArch programme.
