Hi Santanu,
Last year (2k17), my friend got 219 marks in JEE Mains Paper 2 and 81% in 12th from CBSE Board and he belongs to OBC category, his Gen Rank was 9243 and OBC Ran was 3800, still he didn't get any college. So, I think for a general candidate, the score must be above than 250 if board marks are not included.
Thanks.

With 64%, you may not get admission in many colleges. Check Shiksha college predictor to get more exposure.

Seems quite difficult as 190 is not a high rank score. Although you should try for it anyway either in another college.

If you have completed your class 12th with Maths with 50% and have scored 40% marks in NATA, then you can take admission in TKM College of Engineering for B.Arch.

Kindly tell me about your educational background, so that I can guide you better. Or the eligibility criteria for the course is mentioned below:
Std. XIIth (10+2) examination has to be passed with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and Mathematics and English as subjects. NATA score is a must.

Yes, you can get admission in any B.Arch college. If not, try another college which is well-reputed at some extra money.
