NATA/ JEE paper 2 is made mandatory to take up Architecture course throughout India. You may pursue B. Design, which also has similar scope and only 3/4 year course, if you don't manage to get through JEE Paper 2 and NATA.

Yes, there are so many like MIT in USA, University of Cambridge UK, NUS Singapore and many more. Be specific with the country and you will find numerous options. You can check the requirements and take the entrance exams accordingly. The only problem you might be facing is that you have a BCA degree and now you want to do B.Arch. You can draft your essay accordingly.

You need to score really well and end within a rank of 600 to get admission in NIT's, IIT's, SPA's, CEPT or Sir JJ College.
