Hope you are doing well. No, you are not allowed to get NITs with 152 marks and 64.8% in CBSE because you are from general category and your marks do not satisfy NITs cut-off offered for general category. You can try for some other colleges which accept JEE Mains paper 2 score and ranks.
NITs won't be possible for you.

It's considered as one of the toughest undergraduate programs in the world.
In fact, I believe that there is also a Guinness World Record for architecture to be the toughest undergraduate programme as many students leave the course in between.

For NATA this is a low score which will not help you to get admission in JJ College of Architecture.

Candidate should have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with a minimum average of 50% marks for general category and 45% marks for reserved category in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Admission Guidelines:

The cut-off generally varies according to the competition and toughness of paper each year.
