Hello,
Hope you are doing well. No, you are not allowed to get NITs with 152 marks and 64.8% in CBSE because you are from general category and your marks do not satisfy NITs cut-off offered for general category. You can try for some other colleges which accept JEE Mains paper 2 score and ranks.
NITs won't be possible for you.
All the best.

Architecture is a 5-year course in India and a 4-year course in the European countries.
It's considered as one of the toughest undergraduate programs in the world.
In fact, I believe that there is also a Guinness World Record for architecture to be the toughest undergraduate programme as many students leave the course in between.

Sorry brother but as of 2017 the self-financed batch itself closed at 228 for Muslim OBC in the last round and 223 for the spot round if any seats are available.

Based on your JEE marks you may try for a couple of NITs but you will have to wait for a couple of rounds but you can't get Chandigarh College of Architecture through these marks.
For NATA this is a low score which will not help you to get admission in JJ College of Architecture.

Last year, the final cut-off was in the range of 250 to 290.
The cut-off generally varies according to the competition and toughness of paper each year.
Keep trying. Best of luck for your future career endeavours.
