Hi Aman,
It's totally up to you to choose your stream. It's on your interest. Otherwise, go for B.Arch as there is more scope as less people pursue it as compared to B.Tech.

About NATA2018 Counseling – It is important for the candidates to know that NATA is only the entrance exam conducted by COA which holds no counselling for the same. However, most universities/colleges and states take admission for B.Arch programmes based on the NATA scores.

No, admission in JJ College of Architecture is through your NATA marks and board percentage combined. The average of both will lead your name to their merit list. Also, JEE Mains is not applicable there.

No, your admission in NITs is purely through JEE Mains marks, be it paper one or two. Also, you need to qualify the minimum board percentage too.

Only you need to clear the minimum eligibility for colleges. Mostly, it is 75% for general and around 65% for rest category students (for NITs and rest central government colleges). It may be less for autonomous colleges and private universities, but not more than. Best of luck.

NIT Warangal is an option for you. But we cannot guarantee you an NIT seat with 4297 but you will get enough opportunities with other good campuses.
