B.Arch

No doubt B.Tech has better future perspectives than B.Arch. Architecture is a niche sector. B.Tech has variety of fields from computer science to fire safety. You have lot of options to choose from, engineers are required in numerous fields. Looking at future India and rest of the world is going to be digitized, hence computers/electronics/electrical will have a higher jobs as compared to other disciplines. In my view, B.Tech is more prosperous than B.Arch.

It depends on your B.Arch college and your company. But, for freshers it will be 8-15 lakhs per annum and later it will increase with your experience.

Both the courses are best in their respective fields. B.Arch deals with all sorts of designing structures and many more. Whereas, B.Tech deals with the rest other engineering fields as computer science, civil, mechanical, electronics, electrical and many more.

Yes, you are eligible. But, you must clear NATA exam.
