Hello,
Your marks in 12th are not going to help but your marks in JEE Mains only will count. With 200 marks you have a reasonable chance of getting admission.
Best wishes.

Under Bangalore University, only UVCE offers B.Arch course. In VTU, you have some good colleges like RVSA, BMS, DSCE, BGSSAP, etc.

Aayojan School of Architecture would be an option, other than that you can check the Council of Architecture approved colleges in the link - https://www.coa.gov.in/show_img.php?fid=216

Hello Anurag,
Even though your query is not very clear, I assume you are asking about JEE Mains. Right? Results of both papers, cut-offs for various categories are all declared on the same day.

Dear Anurag,
It is typical to confirm you which course have higher cut-offs as it varies every time. It is really typical to confirm you. Both the courses are good in their own respects. The selection of the course depends on the interests of the students. The students who have good skills in drawing and designing can select B.Arch course. A person having good imaginative power can become a good architect.

Pahal and Arkin are good options that you can look out for, but to know the exact scenario for faculty, etc. get in touch with the current students through social media or in person.
