Actually, your percentage in 10+2 is low. For getting admission in SRM, you need to score more than 70 percentage and you have to clear the SRMJEE Exam. But, you scored good marks in JEE Mains paper. You can contact SRM admission department, they can explain you briefly about your condition.

At least, you have to score more than cut off, so that you can get best college.

To achieve that rank to get admission in one of the sorted colleges for B.Arch admission you need to obtain an aggregate of 150+ which is calculated by considering 50% of your NATA score + board percentile. This is for general category.
The seats for general category is very less and even less for male candidates

It differs from various colleges, and if you want a seat in Andhra University, you have to take the NATA exam.
