There are a lot of NATA books available in the market (online). I would suggest you to go for NATA exam solved questions bank. Infact if you can attend a NATA crash course training anywhere near your place, that would be the best, as you need to learn the strokes which rarely you get by reading books.

Yes, you can. But, you will have to take NATA/JEE entrance exams.

Yes a lot of colleges in Maharashtra accept JEE scores. You could also write NATA exams for B.Arch entrance. Some colleges even have a separate entrance exam after your NATA/JEE exam scores (even interviews).

Eligibility criteria for any private university across India is to have a good scoring in NATA exam (National Aptitude Test in Architecture).

SPA (School of Planning and Architecture) or IIT's. You need to have a good score in AIEEE and their own entrance exams, after which you will be screened in an interview.

RMIT is a good University, the criteria for admission is B.Arch and they may also require you to submit a portfolio. Also, no university abroad does placements like they do in India. However, they may assist you in finding one.
