Hi, Mathematics isn't necessary to do B.Com but it is certainly required to pursue B.Com Honors as per Delhi University rules. You may take a chance and go for the admission but they will/should look out for Mathematics in your mark sheet.

Yes. Every college scales you on the basis of your scores in 10th and 12th. This ensures your marks consistency. Generally, entrance exams have quantitative, logical reasoning, data interpretation and language testing sections. For specific latest syllabus, search their webpage. Otherwise, these general mentioned sections will fetch you enough marks to crack the entrance. All the best!

Hello Shivam, look at the trends of last year. Here is the first cut off list for B.Com(H) released by SRCC for all categories, in 2018:
General : 97.75%
OBC: 95.50%
SC : 92.75%
ST: 87.50%
PwD: 86.75%
Kashmir migrants : 88.75%.
