Hi, I'm in CS Professional level and had done my B.Com from Shyamlal College, University of Delhi. It is always preferred that you do your CS and B.Com simultaneously. If you're not able to get into North or South Campus, get yourself registered in DU SOL and focus more on CS as it is a Professional course and levels after foundation (i.e. Executive and Professional levels) are tough and competitive.

As per your said score, you cannot get admission in DU but you may get admission in a non-reputed college of Delhi University.

You can definitely wait, but you may never know that there will be seats left after the first cut off or not, so keep that in mind. Mostly, for the best courses in DU, the seats get full in the first cut off only so they don't release a second cut off for that course. If you are getting admission in the first cut off, but you don't take it right now, you won't be able to get it later.

B.Com (Hons) is a more detailed analysis of the topics whereas B.Com is a bit simpler as compared to B.Com (Hons) as there is not much detailing and the subjects are easier. If you have high marks in 12th you can take up hons but maths as a subject until 12th is compulsory for honors otherwise you can take simple B.Com.

Hi Gurpreet, according to the college, the admissions will be based on the merit since you have scored well in your class 12th, I think you might have a very good chance of getting the admission in the college.
All the best!

SBSC will be a better choice.
The college has Arts and Commerce streams, which means there is no Science taught here. SBS College is renowned for its commerce faculty, which students say is probably the best in Delhi. While that is, no doubt, an absolute exaggeration, it is safe to say that the professors are highly qualified and very experienced. The arts faculty is relatively just about okay, with more junior professors than senior, and they are way nicer to studious bookworms than average (rubbish) students. Grudges are held often, and can translate into lower internal marks sometimes.
