Hi. A BBA degree is good enough to secure an entry-level management jobs, however, for career growth will be limited unless you pursue an MBA degree which will expand your career scope. A BBA degree will help you understand the basics of the management and would go a long way if you are planning for CAT and other entrance exams of highly ranked B-Schools. Hi. B.Com is a more specific course whereas BBA is a better choice for students who want to pursue a management course later on and wish to develop their managerial skills. Therefore, it is always preferable to scan your aptitude, skills and interest before you choose any of the two.
