B.Com is different from BBA because BBA as a career option has become more popular than the traditional B.Com degree. In case of three-year undergraduate BBA degree, the focus is on management -related subjects while B.Com (Hons) gives more than 50% emphasis to finance and commerce-related subjects. As I have done my BBA finance from quantum university and in my opinion quantum university is quit descent for management course and have good placement. Even they provide scholarships on the bases of 12th % and their Q care entrance test.

Yes, for studying in B.Com you do not really need any sepcific subjects. Even students with PCB do B.Com if they want to shift to commerce stream. But still before taking any admissions kindly look if your chosen college puts this cap or not. Otherwise it's definitely not mandatory to study maths beforehand.

If you get an opportunity for Janki Devi, then go for it. Also there is one thing that I will share with you that students aspiring for most of the colleges in DU are good. All colleges have highly qualified teachers. Deshbandhu College has very good Placement and is also very good.
