I think you should BBA is the best option because the almost syllabus of BBA and b com is same but BBA provide you many more opportunity not only management it also provide financial knowledge

If you need admission in Delhi University, you have to give the entrance exam called CUET. 12th marks doesn't matter that much in this and in CUET you have to score atleast 650/800 to get in a decent college.
