B.Com general or honours. There are other kinds of B.Com offered finance, corporation etc.

Yes obviously one can do anything.
As I am doing CA course. I observed 5% of students doing CA are from Science background. But even then, they got better marks than many commerce students. If you are planning to do B.Com then just go through the account s and economics of +1 and +2 and you will not face any problem in B.Com.
Almost 50% of syllabus in 1st year is same as of +2 level so if you go through that Syllabus, you will be on equal footing with commerce students.

For direct B.Com admission in Bangalore, a student must have completed 10+2 with minimum 50 percent overall score. The top B.Com colleges in Bangalore do not require any entrance tests for the students who score more than 90% in their 12th boards because they are selected on the basis of merit.

Students must have passed 12th class with minimum 50% marks in PCM or PCB.

So if you've done B.Com and chose commerce subjects in 12th then you are not eligible to apply for D.Pharma.
