In a major development, the University Grants Commission (UGC) has recently announced that Chartered Accountancy CA degree holders will be considered equivalent to Post Graduate degree holders. Moreover, All the major Professional courses in the field of commerce I. e. CA CMA, CS are now considered equivalent to Post Graduate degree. And you can surely pursue CA and B.Com together, since there are no restrictions to the same as these courses take approximately 7 years if you clear the exam in first attempt, hence you should surely compete your Intermediate exam by graduation.
