No, it is not possible for you to continue your third year because you stopped with your second year in 2015. It is a long gap of 8 years. Each course has its own length of time. Anyway, if you can just check with your university if they offer any terms or conditions in this regard. But the chances are low. You would have to take admission again and start from the beginning. I do not have access to the latest fee structure of S.A. College of Arts and Science for the B.Com program. However, as per the information available on their official website for the 2021-2022 academic year, the fee structure for the B.Com program is as follows:
