Ofcourse you can join B.Com in Jai Hind College. You know what Commerce students literally need not to do Mathematics. If you are a non-Maths Commerce student then also you can have good career opportunities available so just go for it.

It really doesn't matter now. As you are graduated now which is no doubt but a very good and energetic thing. And yes of course you can go for LLB. It is possible now, only if you are going to work harder.

No, it is not possible for you to finish the graduate course that you stopped taking ten years ago. Each course will have a minimum and maximum length.
