You can go ahead with one year Diploma Course in Banking and Finance can be done as a course or certification and it will be very valuable along with B.Com to go in RBI or Management Consulting.

You can explore about these courses -
- M.B.A in aviation management
- Diploma in aviation law
- Diploma in cargo management
What I suggest you is you can explore about MBA in finance/ HR from top b school in India or LL.B with expertise in aviation law.

Hi Nimmy basically admission in B.Com in St. Pauls College Kalamaserry doesn't require any Certificate and also you want admission for community and management quota so need of Certificate are not necessary.
